J's percentage is so low because after Tessa tells her to watch the ship, she supposedly remains at the ship for the remainder of the episode. V's percentage is also less than it would be since her character arc (starting at Episode 2 and ending in Episode 6) in which she becomes... less sadistic than normal dictates that she's less likely to kill you than she normally would be, though that doesn't mean that it's as low as, say, Tessa's percentage simply because she's V.
