And combined with the injured (who likely to die or suffer amputations, because of the blockade on medicines and destruction of hospitals), we're up abt 100k casualties, in reality... Though STARVATION and waterborne disease is already dramatically affecting the entire population of 2.4 Million, about half of that being children.
