WHY WAS IT THAT “MASS MURDERS WERE RARE IN THE US BEFORE THIS MAN PASSED THE FIRST NATIONAL GUN CONTROL ACT? PERHAPS WE SHOULD FOLLOW THE ADVICE OF THIS MAN, WHO SAID LAWS FORBIDDING THE CARRYING OF ARMS INCREASE MURDERS RATHER THAN DECREASE THEM.
