First Appearance: During the 42nd mission labeled "The Fire Station", as you are about to be hit by a car, he swoops in and throws you into the alley with him, saving your life.
Last Appearance: The end of the game, where he sacrifices himself to detonate a nuclear bomb that was inbound to Washington DC before it ever arrives on land.
