I just used a save editor, and getting this much money is impossible. It leaves you with 0 Cr.. Max you can enter is 999,999,999,999,999. But this pic has 4 QUINTILLIONS!! However, it looks like achieving that much while "following the limits" is possible. And... Yep, those were cheat codes. Bro... The person who posted the save file (in GameFAQs) used a cheat code to make the game give him a crap-ton of filthy cash after a race, apparently.
