CORRECTIONS: as of 1/5/24, Wayne LaPierre has resigned from his position as vice-president of the NRA; NY AG Letitia James' case against is civil rather than criminal so no potential jail time for LaPierre & cohorts although the NRA will still be able to file suit for restitution if it so chooses.
