Funimation was bought by Crunchyroll which is owned by Soynee (Sony) who have bought into the cult. Before Funimation was bought they ruled the roost, though with these aquisitions now there is an even bigger monopoly in American English dubbing which makes a bad sitation even worse. There are Japanese studios that are so fed up that they are transitioning to using AI for translation work.

Also, my brother in Christ, can you PLEASE stop using the stupid "Soyboy-esque"/right wing idiot slang (Or whatever the hell it's called)? Because it doesn't exactly help your case, honestly. And it's not a good look for Japanese companies if they plan on using AI for their stuff.

Normally I would be opposed to the decision to replace workers with AI, but in this case these lolcowlizers are getting a taste of their own medicine. I am aware there are other dubbing companies, but Funi has most of the dubbing market for a while now and aren't the only ones doing this.
