Japan, because there is an island called Ōkunoshima, AKA Rabbit Island. There are tons of friendly rabbits everywhere, and they are SO CUTE!!! Apparently Rabbit Island also has some nice beaches as well- though if I were there, I'd spend the whole time petting the bunnies :)
You can see in the pictures a couple tourists feeding the rabbits, and if you google "rabbit island," there are tons of photos of rabbits gathering around people.
