this "phenomenon", i guess, is called "bone apple tea"
it basically just means taking an existing (usually harder to pronounce than usual) word or phrase and accidentally or intentionally replacing that with a word or multiple that sound similar
for example:
"bon appetit" -> "bone apple tea" or "bone app the teeth" and several other variations (original one)
"bonjour" -> "bone jaw"
"cinnamon" -> "synonym" (OP's meme)
"grandma" -> "grammar"
