The TL;DR for both the "no nudity" rule and "no pornography rule" is don't show nips, genitals or buttholes, and don't show explicit sex acts even if redacted. (Kind of hard to show an "explicit" sex act without showing the goods anyway, but I understand what they're on about.)

Okay... I see that that NSFW image is breaching Imgflip, but it hasn't been banned or anything. I thoroughly read the Imgflip terms of service before posting the image above, so if they have a problem, they should update the rules.
Ah. Even 1 or 2 pixels can make a difference between tos compliant and not. Breasts are ok. Nipples aren't. A burka with the crotch cut out is not ok. A fully nude woman posed such that nipples and gash are covered is ok. Thems the rules as interpreted and enforced by the imgflip authorities.
All the crucial areas are covered, so it doesn't violate the no nudity rule. I'll ask you again: what explicit sexual act does that image depict. If you can't answer that then you aren't qualified to weigh in on what is or isn't tos compliant.
