That guy's head it full of blown fuses. Plus it's screwed on backwards. Pretty sure he's due for an overhaul, a firmware upgrade and a clean OS install. But like most faulty equipment it's way easier, cheaper and generally yields better results to scrap it and just replace the whole sodding mess with something that isn't broken down garbage.
