First, there was no insurrection; and revealed video segments prove that. Second, the Constitution reserves the legal ability to determine if a president committed an insurrection to the Legislative Branch. So the Colorado Court DID violate the Constitution.

The corrupt D.C. cops fired rubber bullets and tossed tear gas at the crowd that WAS peacefully protesting at the time. THAT was what set them off. Again, this was all revealed by video segments that the Dem Party committee repressed.
