The cocaine was found in the principle residence of the Biden family by the Secret Service. The primary duty of the Secret Service is protection of the President and others officials and their families. General law enforcement is not their realm. Since the cocaine was not found under authority of a search warrant, it cannot be used as evidence against the residents of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Thus, no charges will ever be filed.
