Big pharma is immune from any wrong doing regarding products and devices they sell due to laws set in place protecting them placing all liability on the doctor even when pharma refuses to provide doctors with important information and safety concerns regarding products prescribed by doctors to patients who have a right to know what they are agreeing to put inside their body upon doctor recommendations.
