"The left-wing legal organization behind Colorado’s decision to remove former President Donald Trump from its Republican primary ballot has a direct link to the Biden administration.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) President and CEO Noah Bookbinder is a member of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC) tasked with giving real-time advice to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the DHS website says."

COLLUSION...

What are you going on about? There was a trial, he lost, it was appealed to the state Supreme Court and he lost again.

Now it'll be appealed to the federal Supreme Court, where they'll hold a third trial and we'll see how empty those Republican cries of "states' rights" have always been.

Sure there was a trial... one where a defense was not allowed... OMG

There were two trials, and he was represented at both - he chose not to attend in person, instead deciding he would attend the trial in New York where he and his business were already found to have committed fraud under the summary judgement he demanded at its onset.

The dumber the talking points, the more likely you guys seem to be to repeat them.

Yup... where no defense was allowed... you should read what the chief justice of the Colorado Supreme court said... SMH

His dissent went something along the lines of "waaaah, it's so much harder to tell if someone attacked the government than it is to check their ID to see if they're old enough".

Did he come up with something more poignant after that bumbling rationale?

Yes... come back when you've read it....

The only "Trial", for Trump, was conducted in the Senate - where he was acquitted. In Colorado there were perhaps "hearings" and "rulings" - but at no point was the accused given access to a Jury of his peers, in an Article 3 compliant Court.

Seriously, who is filling your heads with this crap? Juries are for criminal charges or civil disputes, not constitutional tests.

If you're trying to establish a FACT - ie that Trump engaged in "Insurrection" - then the rights of the accused require that he be given the right to a Jury to find the facts as they may appear. The record from the Senate - is that Trump was Acquitted. This isn't just "Double Jeopardy" - bug the willful denial of the facts in the Record.

It will be a shocking miscarriage of Justice - if the Supreme Court of the United States votes by less than 9-0, to overturn this.
