No, those numbers are just deaths from COVID - but to answer your question, adverse event and excess mortality numbers follow the same pattern.

The unvaccinated are 7 times more likely to develop myocarditis, around 10 times more likely to experience heart attack or stroke, and more than 4 times as likely to die when infected.

The risk of those same complications among the vaccinated, infected or not, is comparable to those who have never been infected.
