Especially when it is an obvious violation of the Constitution. No where and at any time has Trump been tried and found guilty of instigating an insurrection. The House did impeach him on false, politically motivated ground the Senate never found him guilty.
So for the Colorado Supreme Court to site insurrection as their reason, they are doing so based entirely on their own liberal biases and not for any legal or Constitutional reasons.
