Biblical Canon existed before the Catholic Church declared it so. Events not explicitly stated in scripture should be treated with skepticism until verified.

Lol depends what you define as "scripture" then. If you believe every book not explictly catholic or monmon is canon, then sure, I agree. But if you're one of those dogmatic spergs saying things like that the book of Enoch isn't canon because "MUH CHURCH DUN READ DAT 1," then I disagree. The Bible didn't end with "fin," so as far as I'm concerned, any other book that isn't in the KJV might as well canon, because you're playing into hands of The Man by willfully denying knowledge. Most books that protestants say are "non-canon" are ironically more canon than the bastardized and intentionally newspeaked translations of god's word that most of them read. Not to say protestants are wrong, far from it, many of my friends are protestant, but they at least know how translations and hermeneutics work so they aren't nearly like the book of enoch and "nephilim are lucifer's minions, you guise" spergs I run into sometimes.

Um...okay? Anyways, it's historical fact that the Canon was determined long before the Catholic church officially affirmed it. So anything else thay comes along should be approached with skepticism thay way we aren't falling for the Joseph Smiths and Muhammad's of the world.
