The Catholic Church has its problems, just as every religion does. All of the Catholic Church's teachings are true, since Christ taught them, but some of her shepherds are villains in disguise. And so, the Catholic Church needs help yet again to be rid not of her heresy, something she does not have, but the heretics who try to take her down one sin after another.

That's not the point. As a shopper, you're surrounded by Karen's, but that doesn't mean you have to BE one, or that EVERYONE is a Karen. The Catholic Church may be filled with pedophiles, but that doesn't mean you have to BE one, or that EVERYONE is a pedophile.

All Catholics (specifically priests) being pedophiles is as gross of a stereotype as all black people being murders addicted to drugs, all police officers being racist, all Arabs being terrorists, etc.

Headlines portray the worst and most extreme things to make heads turn against each other and rip people with opposing opinions to shreds. Don't let this happen to you.

I do not believe in peer pressure, I want to join the Catholic church for the reasons I want to, I simply do not because there is pedophiles in the Catholic Church I'm not dogging on the Catholics because of their religion I just don't want to be a part of it after considering it

I'm not trying to pressure you into joining the Catholic Faith, and if I'm doing so through the way I'm responding to your comments, I truly apologize. However, it is my duty to defend my Faith, and shed light on areas of concern.

The thing is, pedophiles are everywhere. There's no justification for those people and their actions, but that doesn't take away from the fact that they, as well as many other forms of evil, are everywhere. Take up any profession, any religion, any lifestyle, and there will be some form of evil trying to dissuade you from your path. I'll get back to this.

The Catholic Church has been filled with the smoke of satan in many different ways throughout the years. However, those who held, hold, and will hold to God's teachings are quick to shed light on these sorts of situations. Evil and good wax and wane in society.

Now, we're seeing the waxing of pedophilia in the Church. The devil wants to desecrate the Church so badly, but he can't, so he's seeking the ruin of souls in order to corrupt the beauty of sexuality and innocence as the ultimate alternative. The actions of some of these "leaders" is disgusting, yet they keep winning.

So, what do we do? We don't like what's going on. We can run away, but what afterward? Heaven on earth? Blissful ignorance?

We have to fight in whatever way we can. We have to get into the dirt in order to help people back up, but only with help from God. Our voices may not be able to always spread throughout the world, but we can magnify the effects of God's teachings by spreading His Word to one person at a time. It might not seem like much, and it might seem like it'll take too long, but it'll be worth it. God has worked through many people through countless generations. He is more than willing and capable to do it again, but only if we LET Him do so.

All religions have their flaws, I know, I didn't mean to disrespect your faith, I just do not wish to join it.
