Management has been getting more difficult with the huge amount of mods we have. We need to be more strict on who we let be in charge, as too many moderators can make it hard to keep track of approvals and bans. We also need to make sure we avoid potential raids. Not saying we don't trust everyone here, just saying that too many cooks in the kitchen can cause problems. I suggest a major cutdown and leave it back to ~5 mods plus the owners
I also think some of the owners should step down due to inactivity and slight toxicity, and new owners implemented from the slimmed down list of mods. Any mods who do end up being demoted, it is not a reflection of you personally, it is a decision based on leadership and abundance.
