Insofar as gas appliances and the Biden administration is concerned, just yesterday I had a new gas stove, and a new gas clothes dryer installed. Last month, I had a gas heater stove installed in my livingroom. I want my carbon footprint to be visible from Space!

Have you seen the numerous pics showing off their gas appliances... Hypocrisy at its finest...

Yes. I did see them. Do as I say, and not as I do. I live in a very rural, sparsely populated area where the electricity goes out frequently, and since the area is so sparsely populated, the electric companies always focus on fixing the problems in the areas that have bigger populations.

We are always last on the list of places for restoring power, when the outages are widespread, and I’ve seen times where the power has been out for a week or more. Propane works in all kinds of weather or circumstances. I have a tank the size of a small submarine that feeds my home with the fuel to heat the indoors, cook our food, dry our clothes, heat our hot water, and it also powers our standby generator. In areas like where I live, some sort of a combustible gas is pretty much a requirement.
