Okay . . . culture and citizenship are not race. There are Black citizens of Mexico and indigenous and Caucasians that have had ancestors living there for centuries. There are light skin-toned citizens and dark. Come to that Koreans are now famous for their take on fried chicken. They do it better that KFC ever dreamed of accomplishing. I know white bread Caucasians, on the other hand that can beat nearly any Asian when it comes to -- say -- cooking standard Chinese cuisine.
