ya most spiders are not even that deadly and while there are ones that can cause lots of pain from their venom, they don't tend to be very lethal

The only ones that can kill are Australian Funnelwebs and Brazilian Wanderers

Brown Recluses and Black Widows pale in comparison to those.

the key word there is "can" we have really good doctors and treatments so those ones that can kill people can still be treated

i may be wrong here but i heard once that the famous black widow spider only kills around 8 people a year

Even that’s stretching it. There are very few cases of people actually dying from Black Widow bites.
