How stupid are people smh

People think I'm anti-furry for calling out people for bad behavior from people in the fandom.
Twice I've lost all my friends because of character sabatoge and lies.

The inner fandom is a tribal hivemind. You have to fall in-line. If someone says something is anti-furry, you're not allowed to indulge in it.

Examples:

-Years ago there was drama at a Denny's once, so Denny's was considered a sin to eat at by some furries.
-C.S.I. was also deemed anti-furry because of a skit one episode long ago.
-The comedian Pittsburgh Dad because a few people took his Anthrocon skit out of context and thought he hated the fandom as well.
-Former furry youtuber Kothrix because he intentionally mistitled a video that condemned pedophilia to prove that people only read titles and never learn the content.
-Trump supporters and conservatives were deemed dangerous and hateful by FA staff without any investigation or proof, so many got banned while other users freely called for violence and killing.
-Anyone who speaks out against the fandom or discusses any problems besides pedos and zoos... I know a popular fur (whom I will keep anonymous here) who lost nearly all of her support, her friends and her funding for simply stating one opinion and is now forced to hide alone and repeat what everyone else says. Even her followers call for the death of people in the examples above, but she's too afraid to speak out. (for context as to the scope, imagine going from 50,000 followers to 1,000 and asking people for money just to live for saying ONE of the opinions I did)

Yeah, but I typed that at 4 am, so I couldn't think of many examples and I'm tired. There's a lot more, like the "Furry vs. Anthro Fan" thing, but I couldn't think of the details.

Basically though, it's like a tribal petri dish to many of us, and they're very unforgiving due to their activist/victim mindset.

Personally though, I don't believe it's a need, but rather a desire influenced by the overstimulation through social media and getting likes and attention from people. When you find meaning through it, you feel a void without it, and even people who have an abundance of it still desire more.

Like I tell people, I saw the fandom take a nosedive when the gay vote passed and instead of having fun with friends, everyone wanted to show how good of a person they were, which never died down. Porn, activism and attention became top priority because they made people feel good. A hierarchal society was integrated into it, so the more of those you had, the more desireable you became, but if you didn't do anything to "help" the community, you were an enemy.
