Interitus, as far as we know, is not human. Or any kind of organism. Or from this universe. Interitus is a robotic being of pure destruction and hate, and destroyed its home universe in an attempt to rid it of all inferior organisms. It would have destroyed our universe too, if not for Supernova spotting him at the very edge of the universe and stopping it before it could become a threat. It has since then developed a primal rage towards Supernova, and has forcibly hacked into its system to change his prime directive to ending all life, starting with Supernova.
