That sounds like a "Bullpuckie" excuse. He had control of the House and Senate during his first two years. He just does not know how to lead people and govern. He never led a large number of people. He never had to work with people who were not subservient to him. He is a failed president and a political loser. That is why he isn't taking part in the GOP Debates. Christie would tear him apart, and he knows it.

Prediction: Trump will find some Weak Excuses to not debate Biden. You will support him.

Construction jobs in Red States with multiple groundbreaking and segment completion publicity opportunities binging local, regional and statewide GOPers positive PR was passed up due to ineptitude. He faced a little opposition and simply folded.

One manageable problem in his tenure brought him down. Health Care and Public Health Management are collaborative and require the ability to let experts ply their expertise without interference. He failed at every business more complex that real estate management. I expected him to fail as president. He lived down to my expectations.
