Of course, he won't -even though there's no reason to wait like a timid child for permission from a judge when the judge has no legal say in what he does with evidence he keeps alleging he has, when there's absolutely nothing stopping him from releasing it, hasn't been anything stopping him from releasing it since the very first claim of possession. No, he won't release it because he can't release it because it doesn't exist; it's just another line of bullshit he's using to string the Trump-cult kids along, keep them throwing money away on filling his pockets, jerk them around like the willingly mindless, unthinking marionettes they've proven themselves. And when he inevitably, invariably fails to produce the "proof" he's insisted is in his tiny little hands for the last three years, what's he going to do then? Well, that's when he pops out the second half of the cheap-ass, obvious long con -i.e. lie and blame the court, claim he ever-so-desperately wanted to show everybody how bigly he won the 2020 election but the mean ol' judge wouldn't let him. And the Trump-cult kids will fall for it... again... and again... and again.
