000D becomes bloodthirsty after misidentifying Tessa as a robot and biting her arm. It seems to have gained control of his pack, as later on before the elevator fight a Sentinal seemingly waits for 000D's approval to attack. the sentinels also become way more aggressive when 000D is downed and V sacrifices herself seemingly trying to protect him.
