Basically There's characters named Oingo and Boingo (Or Zendatta nad Mondatta in the English version). Boingo/Mondatta has a stand ability that is a comic book which predicts the near future in a weird artstyle.

WOAH.

(Also in a possibly non canon spin off it lets the user understand and speak any language, even ones that haven't been discovered)
