Well in the southern part (where im from) its quite cool actually
If you're moving there it can be pretty hard to get used to (i speak from experience) but after a bit of time its neat! And Oktoberfest is a thing too, let's not forget.

So how big of a deal is Oktoberfest in Germany? I've heard some sources say no one cares, and others say its the end of the world if you don't participate in it.
