By "show everyone respect" you mean those people that don't go for that "trans" stuff too, right?

Otherwise you are really saying "accept me as I am and the hell with who you are".

Good question. To clarify, bigotry is never worthy of respect. Anti-(anyone) rhetoric and bigotry is morally unjustifiable. In short, we as a society need to fully accept everybody except those who do not wish to accept everyone. P.S. I'm cisgender.

There is no such thing as "cisgender".

It was a made up word intended to label and marginalize people that do not crossdress and demand recognition as a "man" or a "woman".

I'm getting the vibe that you care more about your bigotry and other misguided, exclusionary beliefs then fitting into society. Also, straight people aren't being marginalized. They make up 98.4% of the United States population. I know I can't pull you out of the rabbit hole you've gone down, but please, please consider getting back in touch with reality. Warm regards, Erebus.

Not being accepting of those that are unaccepting of you IS bigotry.

"Obstinate or unreasonable attachment". Trying to educate transphobic people isn't obstinate or unreasonable attachment to anything except for the United States value of liberty and justice for all, which you seem to wish to take away from some groups of people.

"transphobic" is a made up word intended to make gay youth feel better when others do not wish to praise them for crossdressing.

Not wanting to participate is not fear.

There is a major difference between not being trans and what you're doing. Your other "memes" are some of the vilest, most evil anti-trans rhetoric I've ever seen. You clearly hate trans people for a reason I'm guessing is somewhere along the lines of thinking that they're an imaginary threat to you or your beliefs. They aren't. Wake up and stop believing everything the alt-right feeds into your second-rate mind.

P.S. Also stop losing an argument to a high school student on the internet.

You are errant in your assessment.

I don't hate "trans" people.

I believe those you label as "trans" are deeply troubled by their internal struggle with their sexuality and are being misguided for an agenda rather than their well being.

I do not feel compelled in the slightest to participate in fostering delusion.

I believe it is mentally, emotionally, and physically harmful to the individual in the long run.

Stop being a self righteous, virtue signaling, bigoted, high school student on the internet.

I was not aware I was arguing with you.

I figured you would celebrate my diversity, respecting and accepting me as I am, and that would be that.

I reckon you have not reached that level of enlightenment.

Oh yeah, thanks for the views!

So basically what you're saying is that you don't believe trans people exist. Trans identity is not a delusion. It has existed in varying forms for thousands of years, and for much of that time it was respected and honored. If you think about it, expecting somebody to conform to a label that they have no control over is extremely unreasonable. And yet, you shame the people who don't conform to the gender binary. What's even more interesting is that much of the internal struggles that trans people suffer are perpetuated by your lot ignoring or dehumanizing them. Trans identity is a beautiful thing, if only you would stop to look.

I stated clearly exactly what I believe.

Everything you type "in other words" is of your own construction. Those are YOUR thoughts that are at odds with your desired view.

This is why you feel the need to apply your undesirable thoughts to me.

So you don't have to beat yourself up. Instead you abuse the scapegoat, me.

That is not the way, your tone throughout this entire conversation is not the way, to create an environment of mutual respect.

If anyone chooses to feel ashamed by my unwillingness to participate, that is their thinking, not mine.

Notice I demonstrate no shame despite your efforts to shame me?

Okay... Well since trans identity is a facet of society now, does that mean you don't want to participate in society?
0 ups, 12mo
It is not a facet of society in which I wish to participate.

I thought it has been a facet of society for thousands of years...slipped your mind I reckon.

How about you?

You do not wish to participate in conservatism, and it has long been a facet of society, so why are you participating in society?
