Yes. Deutsche bank has already blown the case out of the water. I think at this point it's the judge's narcissistic arrogance at work. He can't BELIEVE that things are going wrong for him at this point in his career.

Yes, he did; and that's going to come back to haunt him in the future. Apparently he still thinks that he can run roughshod over a former president of the United States of America with zero consequences regarding his own circumstances. I think the future is going to surprise the hell out of him . . . in one way or another.
