He wants to be atleast told why he was permabanned both post and comment.

Users who break the rules repeatedly can get temporarily or permanently stream banned.

They should have received a notification, usually I add a note. Maybe they are too busy breaking the Terms of Use to read their notifications.

Why is sending a screenshot of someone harassing another user against the rules? thats why i got banned but i used it to get mods attention so how come i get a sitewide ban and a permaban there?

i had no notification. I was really pissed. I assume it was over me being rude to luigi chad (was laughing at killing polish people,greek people, jews, assyrians,armenians and even was pro genocide for these groups)
