That's why I 'joke' that you know how you can tell if someone in prison really is innocent? They're the ones that get the book thrown at them. Like all those men exonerated after 20+ yrs in prison for rape? Have you ever once heard of a real rapist getting sentenced to 2 yrs, let alone 2 decades or more? On top of that the real ones get early release for "good behavior." Oh, goody, they didn't get caught raping in prison!
Same with the J6 rioters who got busted, most got probation. For a misdemeaner.
