$60 is expensive for any game. I brought that up because Nintendo games are extremely outdated technically, but they’re still full price. Not because I thought $60 is cheap.

Breath of the Wild is $60, and Cyberpunk is $60.

I think what he means is other $60 games like God of War, Dead Space remake, and Cyberpunk 2077.

To be fair, as someone who has played Dead Space on the Deck multiple times, I can easily say it’s not the optimal way to play the game. But it WILL run, and I’ve gone through it several times.

The big problem with AAA games on PC is they have separate launchers or online requirements, which sucks for playing on a handheld.

It’s a horror game. You and your team are trapped in a gigantic mining space ship that was taken over by aliens called necromorphs. You need to work to fix the devastated ship and save it from falling out of orbit while also finding out what happened to the previous crew.

It’s a 3rd person shooter, and it’s got a lot of depth to its combat. Instead of aiming for the head, you cut off their limbs.

I mean just take a look at my most played games on Steam. Almost all of them can be played on the go without any internet (except the ones crossed out because EA).

So gaming on the go IS accessible on a Steam Deck. Just not with every single game.

And thank the lord it has a web browser, so you can connect to wifi in restaurants or hotels if you want to.
