Soul too callused from too many violent experiences or too many times turning their head away from their own cognizant dissonance? True, I have been at this a few years now many of the haters early on are now saved. I think that is the normal pattern, they are seeking something and attack Christians until their hate slows enough to actually listen, it is a short journey at that point.

That's great news! I think as evil becomes more bold and starts openly pushing ideas that attack God and His ways; the world must become increasingly polarized. Those that can't follow the world's dictates will recoil away and seek that direction which makes more sense. And yes, the journey becomes much shorter then.
