Legacies of one term Presidents

Jimmy Carter is now the third worst president of the last one hundred years whereas Trump is probably the best or second best.

All presidents conduct photo-ops during great national tragedies . . . but leftists never criticized Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, or Dementia Joe Biden for doing that. It's almost as if many of these leftists bask in their own hypocrisy or something.

Yes, I remember all of that. But what really got me on a personal basis was that at the time I was in the military on submarines and discovered that Jimmy Carter -- ex submarine engineering officer -- had not even seen to it that we could get repair parts in a timely manner.

It sort of crystalized for me that competence was not a thing in regards to Dem Party politicians since they were so busy doing photo-ops and giving taxpayers' money to nations overseas. Mind you it was still decades before I finally woke up to the leftist radicalization of the Dem Party . . . but it was the beginning of gradually coming around.

Yes he did . . . because he was trying to virtue signal to the Muslim world what a great friend he was to them and that he wasn't about to shed blood over a 'cultural misunderstanding'. One noticed that in contrast the Iranians immediately released the hostages after Reagan won because they KNEW that the Gipper would cheerfully begin the process of militarily kicking their arse.

The same thing with Trump in charge. Notice how relatively peaceful things got under Trump regarding NEW horrors, but as soon as yet another spineless and weasily Democrat became president things began to heat up again? Foreign leaders KNOW that it is safe to do just about anything they want when a Dem is sitting in the Oval Office.
