In short; we have no more big-feather-lizard DNA anymore so we can't synthetically create them, reptiles and birds have evolved to much to use DNA from them, and you can't synthetically/artificially create the coding for life, so, sorry, but no, Dinosaurs will not come back (unless you're talking abt Birds and Reptiles; they'll be here, dw)
