It's one real question.
Now, factorize 456.999^2x^2+908(2√2)x-679=0

What does an exclamation mark in a math problem mean? I haven't made it to it.

It means that every number before it is multiplied. Example: 3! = 3. This is due to the fact that 1X2X3=6.

Hope this helps.

So it means all numbers before the one with an exclamation mark are multiplied from the number 1 onwards?
Like 4! = 24?

Okay then, what's √-1?
Maybe 0÷0?
Full form of pi?
(√pi)^2?

sqrt of -1 is an imaginary number/doesnt exist, 0/0 is theoretically just 0, pi goes on forever to our knowledge but this is what I have memorized: 3.141592653589793238462643383 (sqrtpi)^2 is just pi.
I was talking about the really long ones like tiers 7, 8, 9, 12, 14

and 0/0 is undefined, because you can never divide with a denominator of zero (if you learned your slopes)
