No... The UN got told where the safe zones were by Israel.. So the UN directed their humanitarian efforts on feeding refugees in the "safe zones" that Israel established would be safe. Then Israel bombed them twice... claiming that therwe were tunnels underneath with Hamas.. They said the same thing when they bombed an apartment building housing UN employees and their families. 1 UN employee stated he went outside for 4 minutes.. and in that time his entire family was killed inside the apartment building they were living in. His life only saved because he left the apartment building 4 minutes earlier..
