Yes. Grew up using the first Nintendo Console and got a hand-me-down PS3 when I was around 6 (My dad kept all his childhood and college consoles) and have been using said PS3 for 10 years. Still use it to this day to play Skyrim. It's about to burst into flames because of putting all 3 DLC's onto it

i remember back when 60 FPS was the "dream"/goal/whatever, and frankly was perfectly fine, it was smooth and non-choppy and that was all that mattered
now we have kids pushing 300 FPS on gaming PC's that cost as much as a car -_-
