You live in the small village of Xosi (Koshi), it is just off the border of the most powerful kingdom in your land. A few weeks ago you heard of the death of the king and that his only heir was his daughter, everyone knew that the late kings daughter was kind and caring for all people, in fact, when you were younger she use to visit the schools and spend the day with all the children.

On the princesses coronation day you hear a loud announcement over the speaker "The princess would like to have everyone silent for her speech"
The princess walks up to the podium and speaks
"Since I will be the new queen I have a few things to say..."
The crowd is silent as she speaks and it seems as if everyone is holding their breath
"I wish for a few brave souls to join my personal guard, you have to be over the age of 18...I do not discriminate. Fair warning, this job is not for the faint of heart"
Hearing this...you decide to volunteer and are ushered into the palace with the rest of the recruits to be spoken to by the princess
(Rules: No erp/no joke/no gacha/no bambi/if you begin the rp u have to finish it)

She becomes a human,then joins the crowd as she watches the princess,uh,queen,at the coronation speech.The queen looks at her in confusion,wondering what such a colorful “person” was doing in the crowd (your turn,whoever replies to my comment,you decide what the queen does.)

"Greetings...I see we have an assortment of people today, I must warn you though..the training you will go through is hazardous, if you wish to leave you may, it will not be held against you in any way"
She smiled brightly and waited for anyone to leave

She looked at Amethyst and smiled.”You first”.
“Amethyst”.
“That’s pretty.I can see you’re new here.”

Amethyst stopped to think for a moment.She couldn’t say her age in dragon years,since she was an adult and it would give her secret away.”hmm,I think 18-19.I don’t usually keep track of my age.
I came here due to my home being destroyed in war”,Amethyst lied.Even though I’m a queen myself,im a dragon queen,and the humans could destroy my dragons if they found out,she thought.

She nodded and went over to the top of the stairs and began to speak
"I hope you all understand what it means to be part of my guard...Your opinions will be heard and you will be held with the upmost respect but first...you will train"

*leaves the room to go to the forest*

Amethyst walks up to the queen,and volunteers to go through the training course

The queen smiled and took their hand
"It seems one brave soul has volunteered to go first, now we need another"
She waited silently until another girl raised her hand meekly

-(his face remains straight, unmoved, and holds himself ramrod straight)-
“My liege, I am Arwen Purr. From Xosi, I was in the town guard before I came to enlist in the recruiting process.”

She smiled and opened her arms to hug him and whispered something in his ear
"The third person in front of the group is a spy from the next kingdom.."
She let go of him and continued to speak to the group
"Now, everyone get prepared!!"

-(he nods, looks at the person, and waits for him to begin the course. As the spy is halfway through, Arwen cuts through a rope with a hidden blade, dropping a heavy object and crushing the man as he finishes)-

She smiles warmly and extends her hand for him to shake it
"It is nice to meet you Arwen Purr..You will make a fine addition to my guard if you succeed where other's don't.....do you wish to go first?"

"Of course, my liege." -(he steps forwards and thinly smiles at her)-

The queen nodded towards Arwen and with a smile said
"And with that...We are off!!"
The sound of a gunshot signaled the starting of the test and all the trainees began the course
"Arwen dear, I need you to do something for me"

-(nods briskly)-

She snapped her fingers and large doors opened into a huge training room, there were weapons of every kind lining the walls and the course looked as if it was made to break the volunteers instead of train them
"Whoever has the best time on this will become my first personal guard, those who come after will fall into an order of best to worst..whoever gets the longest time will be immediately escorted off the premises"

-(he nods and examines some of the weapons, then looks at the course with a studious eye. He completes it in quick but not superhuman time, facing little difficulty)-

^She counted the volunteers^ 240 of you...so out of all of you only 12 will succeed...I will give everyone of you one more chance to leave before we continue..."
She waited and watched at least 43 people leave
"Those who follow up on Arwens time will join him....and after that the real training will begin"
She smiled down at them and looked to Arwen
"Arwen, dear, would you do me a favor and say some...encouraging words to the others?"

-(he nods, steps forward, and begins)-
“My comrades. This course looks difficult, yes? This is only the start. Those who make it with me, we shall stay strong together. I expect to see you succeed.”

The crowd gasps as the spy falls down, a pool of blood surrounding the body or what was left of it
The queen smiled a bit, stepping back a bit so as not to get blood on her shoes
"Guards! Come get the body please"
The guards came quickly and dragged the body up
"Be not alarmed! This person was a spy from a rival kingdom"

-(he merely stands where he is and awaits further instruction)-

The queen smiled, her eyes following their every move
"Volunteers! Look to your comrade with excitement, he is the first to join my guard"

-(he smiles and looks in awe at the people around him)-

*I shift uncomfortably in dress uniform trying to not draw attention*
