I'd say as long as you don't use the bathroom in your dreams then it's a win! lol
But try to go through what's actually important for you and decide what is worth stressing about (things like school, work, projects, etc.) and what isn't (political crap, identity stuff, people on social media, etc.)
Try to allow for more fun and creativity in the meantime. Dance around, sing to yourself, indulge in content that has nothing you can relate to, be a jokester, write short stores about fun instead of life. Just do things to engage those childlike creative juices in your brain. Your mental attitude changes in real-life might reflect into your dreams within time, like how you sometimes dream of things you most desire.
