I think the great thing was what happened later in the video, when their actual neighbour came by and tipped a bag of candy into the bowl to replenish it, now thats a true neighbour.
You see this a lot in richer neighborhoods... A lot of people in poorer areas bring their kids there to trick of treat... also it's probably a lot safer for them too...
their thieves just like illegaly crossing our border

MEX pack up dozens in their cars & invade richer neighborhoods in PHX every year, nothing new. Holloween and yard sales, they use the kids to do the thefts ..
