A temporary glitch in their leftist/RINO determination to railroad Trump into prison -- or at least make it impossible for him to return to the Oval Office.
These judges no doubt also hate Trump with a red hot passion, but they also know that there has to be a surface appearance of at least giving a slight care for the official Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution; and so after a bit of posturing and maybe even faked finger wagging at the sitting leftist judges they will probably give the go-ahead in most respects to the continued railroading of Trump.
