Use a reference until you've pretty much memorized the natrual shape and can draw it accurately from memory
practice drawing from different angles
practice drawing different eye shapes bc not everyone has same eye shape try drawing monolid, hooded, etc
The white of the eye is not completely white its called an eye ball and will require some shading around the perimeter if you are trying to make it realistic
