i feel like if he’s continuously doing it in a repeating cycle against a large proportion of users then banning him should be considered, but if he isn’t then he should be left alone.

I feel like he’s going up on the table to be banned because some people personally don’t like the things that he say, but others may not have a problem. So if it’s personally bad for you, block him.
