Pretty much. Nothing else would really explain 100's% (or more) increases across the board. There's only one major thing different, and that is a large percentage of the population got the vaccines. What's more, is many doctors that were being silenced early on were predicting these EXACT SYMPTOMS and diseases in people before they even manifested.
