Whoever decided to occasionally have the hold music cut out to repeat a canned message for the 100th time, deserves to be fired. Then fired AT. With a cannon. Cause the thing is, if you ever want to set the phone down next to you or turn the call volume down so it's less annoying, then you have to pay attention EVERY single time you hear the holding music cut out, cause you never know when it's going to be them finally getting back to you, and if you miss it they might hang up and you have to start all over again.
