I should have said this better. Stating a group of people, based on skin color or ethnicity, as being incapable of learning is racist. In not requiring teachers to literally do their job, they are setting young people up to fail and forcing most of them to rely on the government, clearly the main goal, criminal pursuits, homelessness. It is still in line with the message attributed to the founder of planned parenthood to rid the world of "minorities". If I lived in Oregon, there would be a lawsuit filed against this and my kids wouldn't be going to their public indoctrination centers. What can anyone expect from the side that puts a lifelong racist into the Whitehouse? It's just saddens and angers me.
